Do I Get In Free With My Wet 'N' Wild Season Pass?

Yes, Wet 'N' Wild season pass holders get in free with active pass. One person per pass.

Will Re-Entry Be Allowed?

Sorry, no re-entry to the event. If you leave after entering, you’ll have to purchase a second ticket to re-enter.

Will There Be Lockers?

Yes. Lockers will be available for rental. Lockers are first-come, first-served, as they are extremely limited and will sell out.

What Kind Of Camera Can I Bring?

No professional cameras or recording devices allowed, media passes may be requested by sending your name, media organization or business, mobile number, e-mail address and links to a portfolio or work samples to: info@neonpaintparty.com

Should I Bring Cash Or Credit Card?

Both forms of tender will be accepted and ATMs will be available on-site.

Do You Have A Lost And Found?

Yes. If you lost or found something on site, please head over to the ticket booths located at the entrance to report the lost item. After the event, please contact us by calling (915) 886-2222.

Can I Pass Out Flyers Inside The Festival Area? Outside The Festival Area?

Can I Bring My Own Food Or Drinks?

No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the event. Food and beverage trucks/vendors will have a variety of options for sale on-site.

Will Alcohol Be Sold?

Yes, we will have the Tin Man Beer Garden for Adults 21+.

What Items Are Prohibited In Event Area?

  • No skateboards, scooters, or personalized motor vehicles

  • No bicycles inside the festival

  • No umbrellas of any size

  • No chairs or stools of any type

  • No wagons or carts of any type

  • No outside cans or cups

  • No professional cameras (indicated by a detachable lens)

  • No professional video or audio recording devices

  • No poles, sticks, pool noodles, flags, or tripods/monopods

  • No lasers or pointers

  • No chains, chain wallets, or spike jewelry

  • No instruments, megaphones, horns, or noise makers

  • No soliciting

  • No metal aerosol containers including sunscreen, pepper spray, bug repellent, or spray paint (non-flammable are permitted)
