Hosted by Johnny Kage - the top five finalists will battle it out live in front of a crowd and a panel of judges only a few days before the festival; winner of the "Beats and Bikinis" event is awarded with the opening set of the 10th annual Neon Paint Party in El Paso, TX on Saturday, July 8th, 2023 at Wet N' Wild Waterworld.
